Clinical Trials Laboratory Technician
The Sample Handling Laboratory in the Cancer and Haematology Centre, Churchill Hospital, Oxford processes patient samples from cancer clinical trials. The role of the post holder is to take receipt of and process clinical samples according to defined laboratory protocols. This will involve several techniques including centrifugation of blood samples, separation of plasma/serum and also of white cells for analysis at other laboratories.

Clinical Trial Administrator
We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Trial Administrator (CTA) to join the Oncology Clinical Trials Office (OCTO), working in a team of trial management professionals, running clinical trials and studies across a varied portfolio of trials. The post holder will be responsible for a range of activities required in the day-to-day running of clinical trials. CTAs will usually work on 1-3 trials, offering the opportunity to be involved in and learn about a wide range of clinical trial management activities.

Senior Laboratory Operations and Logistics Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Laboratory Operations and Logistics Manager to join the Oxford Molecular & Cellular Diagnostics Centre (OMCDC), Department of Oncology. The post holder will provide managerial, logistics and administrative support to ensure the delivery of agreed outcomes of projects undertaken by the OMCDC, as well as contribute to the development and advertisement of the OMCDC’s expanding portfolio.

Bioinformatician-scientist in Cancer Vaccine Prevention Project
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Department of Oncology as part of the GO-Precise alliance (PRECancer Intervention, Surveillance & Exploration). This project focuses on designing, validating, and preclinically testing neoepitope-based mRNA vaccines to prevent BRCA-associated cancers such as ovarian and breast cancer.

Postdoctoral Researcher – Cancer Immunology
We have an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic research group led by Dr Jie Yang in the Department of Oncology at the University of Oxford. The group conducts research on T cell immunity and immunosuppression in cancer, with focus on understanding and enhancing immunity for the prevention of cancer development and spread.

Research Data Integration & Software Developer
The role requires a competent and multi-skilled data manager with proficiency in programming, to help develop and maintain cancer data information systems, which underpin a variety of projects supporting precision cancer medicine research at Oxford Cancer. The role will focus on supporting the established database, web systems, and frameworks for high-throughput data processing and integration.
